Solve that beep TSTT
THE EDITOR: I write to ask that you publish the following letter in your widely read columns. Some large corporations believe that when observations are made, it is because of spite. This letter seeks empowerment and customer friendly operations.
For some months, TSTT lines continue to give a beep, even though the message is already received. So that although the message is already recorded, you are required to come and see what the message is. This can be very disturbing. I am told that this is an internal problem, and the TSTT company is aware of it, and after about two months, no solution has been possible. Surely, if TSTT is serious, this problem should have been solved earlier than two months. Needless to say, customers are very inconvenienced by this inactive approach. Can a solution be found?
