Clarke family says thanks

THE EDITOR: Strong, intelligent, trustworthy, charitable — these are the words that best describe the late fire fighter Lories Clarke.

Lories, a mother of one could also have been considered a mother to many. She was in love with the arts and anything that involved painting, dancing etc. Lories was always ready to have a fund-raiser for someone in need and was involved in manycommittees both in the Fire Service and in the Anglican Community. She had a passion for dogs, babies and books. I can remember hearing her say to my cousin and me, “Ahh the rain is coming let’s take a quick bath!” And during that bath in the rain we would do all kinds of things like singing, dancing. Lories we will never forget you. On behalf of the Clarke family I would like to express our gratitude towards everyone who sent wreaths, cards, and flowers, or supported us in anyway.
