Leave the ‘PH’ alone

THE EDITOR: Have you ever been body searched with the police putting their hands all over your body? Do you have bail money; you can be charged for aiding and abetting the driver for using a private car for hire (PH).

Save the embarrassment; leave the PH alone and tell the drivers to change to taxis, because you will stop travelling with them; take no excuses, because it’s your embarrassment, your bail money and no insurance to boot. To get a taxi badge you must get a clean police record, almost all of them (the PH) cannot, so take preventative action now, it’s you and you alone to blame, the driver did not put you or your child in the car did he? Tell that to the insurance company.
