SEPAO win Sunday School football
SOUTH EAST Port-of-Spain Achievement Organisation (SEPAO Youths) Under-15 footballers have been crowned champions of the 2003 Milo 15 and Under Sunday School Football League. The rampaging SEPAO Youths won all but two of their nine matches. They drew one with Bad Boys and lost to Deliverance, to finish with 22 points. Nicolas Alexander put in their last goal of the league competition to seal the deal against Young Stars and the 1-0 victory was enough to keep them aloft of Bad Boys who tallied 18.
In the second match of the day Bosses also achieved a 1-0 win over Terrace Youths, Hackim Phillip scoring the lone item Terrace Youths, full of angst took Young Stars to task in their encounter rattling them with a 2-1 photo finish win. Jevon Byam and Richard Simon put in the Terrace Youths goals while Keno Alexander had ‘Stars’s goal two minutes before time. Third and fourth place games continue on Saturday.
