TSTT/CWU HEAD FOR COURT

THE MATTER between  TSTT and the Communication Workers’ Union is to be heard by the Industrial Court as a trade dispute. According to court sources, hearing has been set for January 5. The parties were in court yesterday for further directions. They have about a month to forward evidence and arguments. However, while the court has given this information, president of CWU Lyle Townsend has other ideas. As far as he is concerned, the matter should not have to reach the court.
