Beware of gathering of storm clouds

THE EDITOR: I came across the following paragraph in an article I am in the process of reading and thought I would share it with your readers, for I believe it relates to current events in Trinidad and Tobago. “When a Government begins to make concessions to democracy and individual freedom, storm clouds begin to gather.”
