Increase in US Visa fee

The standard worldwide processing fee for a US non-immigrant Visa  is US $100. In accordance with the current exchange rate, effective Monday, November 3, 2003, the fee paid in TT dollars at Scotia Bank by non-immigrant visa applicants will be TT $610. For those using US currency, the fee remains US $100.

This adjustment reflects the current prevailing exchange rate between the US and TT dollar. The public is reminded that this is an application processing fee and not a visa issuance fee. The amount covers the costs expended by the US government to support Visa operations. A refund is not possible in the event of a visa refusal.
