US bold to seek help

THE EDITOR: So the almighty United States went to the UN and other countries looking for monetary help in the rebuilding of Iraq which they caused by the way.

And according to CNN reports they are well short of the sum asked for.
My question is they did not get the support to destroy the country but they want help to restore it, this is outrageous and typical of the US under George W Bush. I personally cannot wait for November 2004, when he will finally be voted out and this world will be a safer place.
