Question on Internet SMS

THE EDITOR: I am very disgruntled as a user of the Internet SMS which has been disabled because of the threats made to several postpaid customers. These so-called threats were made many months ago and there is still no conclusion on what really happened. However, TSTT has still not activated the server and I do not understand why the innocent has to pay for a silly prank made by an idle person. This situation is very unfair and I demand an explanation, since the Internet SMS feature is very useful to myself and others.
