Mucurapo win again in n-ball

MUCURAPO Senior Comprehensive continued their relentless victory march in the North zone of this year’s British Gas-sponsored Secondary Schools Netball League.

At the Jean Pierre Sports Complex yesterday, the Mucurapo girls crushed St Joseph’s Convent 34-9 in a Group Y match. Afeisha Noel slotted in 28 goals from 36 attempts and Akeisha Mark six from 17 for the winners, while Marie Ellen Maynard scored five of her ten attempts and Lindel Ashby four from eight for the convent girls.
