Cousin shoots at cousin over gold chain

A Las Cuevas man has been charged with shooting at his cousin, a Maracas/St Joseph resident over money for a gold chain. Reports state that at around 6.30 pm on Monday, Junior Castillo was at his Central Village, Maracas  home went he got into an argument with a man he knew over money to be repaid for a pawned gold chain. The man reportedly had pawned the jewelry with Castillo’s wife and came back to reclaim it. Castillo was not satisfied with the money the man wanted to repay. An argument started. The angry man left and returned later to Castillo’s home calling out to him. When Castillo did not come out, the angry man fired a few gunshots at the house. The man then smashed a window using his hands, while cursing and swearing.
