Joseph heads TTCB communications

FRANCIS JOSEPH is the new head of  the Communications Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB). And the main responsibility of the Newsday court specialist is to produce the COVERDRIVE Supplement of the TTCB every quarter and to maintain the image of the board. He is joined on the committee by another Newsday reporter Herman Roop Dass. The full communications committee comnprise: Francis Joseph, chairman; June Sargeant, Herman Roop Dass, Geeta Mohammed, and Reza Abass Ali. The Board has appointed a Tribunal — Justice Anthony Lucky, Justice Prakash Moosai, Attorney-at-Law Roop Chan Chadeesingh and secretary Ousman Ali,   to deal with disciplinary matters. But the disciplinary committee comprises chairman Samuel Saunders, Guy Ottley, Major Rodney Smart, Mohammed Hosein and secretary Alvin Hackshaw.
