THE EDITOR: All average law abiding citizens hope and pray that newly appointed National Security Minister Mr Martin Joseph can put a significant dent in the flourishing crime industry. Average law abiding citizens can do without extravagant and costly presentations like Operation Anaconda and other failed plans. Average law abiding citizens need not be addressed with plan updates which will allow the criminal to revise his/her plan. Average citizens only want the bottom line to read right with some positive results.
