‘No can do’ Government

THE EDITOR: For some time now, I have been trying to put together the correct wording to describe the present Government’s performance under Manning and have come up with the following. An amalgamation of balisier tied incompetents, who singly can do nothing for the country, but who collectively can decide that nothing at all can be done.
