Carapichaima man shot

Freeport police are continuing investigations into the shooting of a 28-year-old Carapichaima man, yesterday. According to police sources, around 10.30 pm, Kester Phillips of Orange Field Road, Carapichaima and two friends were liming at Perseverance Road, Carapichaima when an unidentified vehicle pulled alongside them. An unknown gunman alighted from the vehicle and fired a shot at Phillips hitting him on his right leg, then returned to the waiting car, which sped off.
