Helpful staffer at TSTT Gulf City

THE EDITOR: I cannot remember ever doing this but they say that there is a first time for everything. I would like to say thank you very much to one particular member of staff at TSTT Mobile Services, Gulf City on December 13. She understood that all I needed was a copy of my bill and she was very helpful. The other members of staff should take notice and be more helpful. The customer counts. Don’t be arrogant. I work for a service company. Customers pay my salary. To those who were in the line with complaints about their mobile phones, the service representative was right. You have to go  to where you bought the phone if it was bought at the dealer. Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to do something that I don’t think that I have ever done before.
