Make Him your choice

The cycle of observances
Ignore the Lord’s Ordinances
Reverting to Jesus’ Birth
Making merchandise and mirth.

His Mission was accomplished
When He cried “IT IS FINISHED”
Through the Blood we are set free
Highpoint is at Calvary.

Strains of goodwill pushed away
For the bacchanalian sway
Feelings without faith and facts
Give vent to promiscuous acts

The Pre-Lenten festival
Totally unscriptural
Presuming that during lent
There may be time to repent.

He reigns on high throughout the year
His return is very near
Now’s the time that we focus
On the ultimate purpose

Accept Christ as your Saviour
Earthly life — just a vapour
Choose His glorification
Or eternal damnation

We’re changed from glory to glory
Growing to maturity
“In the twink’ling of an eye
Christ — The Judge will pierce the sky.

Jesus came to set us free
Bled and died for you and me
Today! If you hear His voice
Be wise and make Him your choice.
