Barbados U-23 b-ballers on goodwill tour

The National Basketball Federation of Trinidad and Tobago will host the Barbados Men’s Under-23 team from December 27 to 31. The tourists will first take the court against North Zone Second Division team Off Limits on Saturday at St Paul’s Street, Port-of-Spain from 7 pm.  In the first match of that day’s double header, Diego Martin Government Secondary  will take on Mucurapo Senior Comprehensive at 5 pm. On Sunday the young Bajans will tackle another North Zone team, Republic Bank Arrows at the Jean Pierre Complex, Mucurapo from 7 pm. On Monday they face 2003 National Championship runners-up Maloney Pacers at the Maloney indoor facility, from 7 pm. The tourists round out their post-holiday schedule with a visit to the southwest, where they will play a Point Fortin All-Star contingent at 7 pm at the Pt Fortin Indoor Sport Arena. Admission to all matches is $5.
