PowerGen edge Preysal in CSL opener
DEFENDING champs CLICO Preysal were beaten by PowerGen Sports by two runs in their opening clash of the 2004 Carib Sunday Cricket League at Inshan Ali Park, Preysal, yesterday. PowerGen were restricted to 159 runs for seven wickets in 39 overs before rain intervened. Set a revised target of 108 in 26 overs, Preysal were bowled out for 106, with Samuel Badree and Jason Mohammed taking two wickets apiece.
