Lovetillidie continues to impress

THE Maniram “Boboy” Maharaj-bred and trained two-year-old Lovetillidie continued to impress at gallops, clocking a good 24.2 seconds for a 400 metres spin at Santa Rosa Park, Arima, yesterday morning. Another to show some fire on the gallops as horses prepared for Saturday’s 10-race programme was Majestic, who covered the same trip in 25 seconds flat. Phenomenon also had a good run, covering the 800 metres distance in 49.9 seconds.

And Regent Boy continued to thrive with a 600 metres spin completed in a handy 44.2 seconds, while Female Bandit got back in 44.3 seconds for the same distance. Isle Be There who looked well and seems to be  rounding into his best form was seen pacing over 400 metres in 29.9 seconds, the identical time of Golden Boy and Super Grey, while Synergy took 29.1 seconds for the run. But Fromnowuntil was a trifle faster, completing the same trip in 29.7 seconds. Gaza Strip was seen pacing over 1200 metres in the handy time of 1:22.3 seconds.
