LAST RITES TODAY FOR VALSAYN TEACHER

Investigations are continuing into the death of murdered lecturer Keith Chadee, who’s decomposing body was found at his Orchard Gardens home in Chaguanas last Thursday.

An autopsy on the body of the Valsayn Teacher’s College lecturer Monday revealed that death was due to multiple stab wounds. Chadee received two stab wounds to the chest, one of which punctured his heart. There were also stab wounds to Chadee’s hands. Investigators believed these wounds were received as the victim was defending himself from his attacker.

Sources close to Newsday said anal swabs were taken from the deceased to test whether he had been sexually assaulted prior to his death. Investigating officers have so far questioned several persons in connection with the killing, but have so far been unable to make any arrests for Chadee’s murder. Chadee who lived alone will be buried today. Investigations are continuing.
