Dibe man in court for murder

A 26-year-old man of Dibe Road in St James appeared before a Port-of-Spain magistrate yesterday charged with the murder of another St James man, who was gunned down last week. Appearing before Magistrate Lianne Lee Kim was Ainsworth Dalrymple, who is charged with the murder of 27-year-old Lester Paulson. Dalrymple, who was not called on to plead, was charged by Sgt Joyce James Martin of the St James CID. The accused was not represented in court. Paulson, a father of three, also of Dibe Road, was gunned down last week Friday near his home. after extensive investigations, Dalrymple was arrested and charged for Paulson’s murder.  The matter was adjourned to November 1.
