Neal and Massy floors board pedal

Arthur Lok Jack, Chairman of Neal and Massy Holdings, has appointed the following to the company’s Board of Directors Dr Rolph Balgobin: Prior to joining the UWI Institute of Business, where he currently serves as Executive Director. Dr Balgobin was a Project Director in the Global Business Services Unit of Proctor and Gamble. He was based in the UK and was responsible for all aspects of global projects for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His areas of specialisation include Corporate Turnaround and Design and Implement of Corporate Strategy. Mr William Lucie-Smith is the recently retired Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Trinidad where he headed its Corporate Finance and Recoveries practice.

He has served on several National Committees including the Rampersad Committee to review the reorganisation and rationalisation of State Enterprises, Public Utilities and Statutory Authorities in Trinidad and Tobago. He was a member of the Daly Committee on Corporate Insolvency and Company Law with special reference to Severance Pay. He has also served as an accounting advisor to the Government and Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago on the divestment process. Mr Kelvin Mootoo is currently the Executive Chairman of Industrial Gases Limited and serves as a Director on several Neal and Massy Companies including Neal and Massy Gas Products Ltd, Neal and Massy Energy Ltd and Neal and Massy Guyana Ltd. Mootoo has 26 years line experience in manufacturing, construction and oil production industries.

Mr Joseph E Teixeira is currently the Executive Chairman of Trading and Distribution Limited. Since joining the Neal and Massy Group in 1990 he has made significant contributions in the Retail Division, leading the Marketing and Distribution Division as well as serving a two-year stint at Head Office in Business Development and Marketing. He is the Chairman of Hi-Lo Food Stores Division, General Finance Corporation Ltd and Melville Shipping Ltd. Mr Gervase Warner is the recently recruited Executive Chairman, Neal and Massy Energy Business Unit. Prior to joining Neal and Massy, Mr Warner was employed as a partner in the international management consulting firm of McKinsey and Co Inc. He has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having co-led McKinsey’s Financial Sector Restructuring initiatives, applying the consulting firm’s experiences across the world to specific client situations in the Caribbean and Latin America.
