Hernandez, of Moraldo Trace, Toco is before Justice Malcolm Holdip at the Port-of-Spain Fourth Criminal Court charged with the murders of Christine and Phillip Henry. The two were brutally chopped at the Tompire Beach, Cumana on the morning of May 2, 2000.
