Central cops seize guns, arrest 20

TWO HOME-MADE shotguns and a quantity of drugs were seized and 20 persons were  arrested in an exercise carried out in Central Division between 4 am and midday yesterday. During the exercise, which was led by Snr Supt Barnett Mayers, officers executed search warrants at homes in Chaguanas, Felicity, Lon-gdenville, Ent-erprise, Cun-upia and Caroni where they seized a quantity of drugs and stolen items. At Freeport, a house was searched and two guns seized. Those arrested will appear before a Chaguanas Magistrate tomorrow.
