Police nab car thief on Wrightson Road

A man who stole a car in St James yesterday was arrested while driving the vehicle along Wrightson Road, almost 15 minutes after it was stolen. He was challenged by acting ASP Dianand Naipaul and PC Anthony Williams of Highway Patrol, and made a dash for freedom by running west along Wrightson Road. The 22-year old man was pursued by the two officers and held.
