Body found in Moruga river
THE BADLY decomposed body of an unidentified man was found floating in a river in Moruga yesterday morning. The gruesome discovery was made around 5.30 am yesterday by three men who were catching conch in a river at Fifth Company Bap-tist Road. The body was face down in the water. Investigators said given the advanced state of decomposition the man died several days ago. Up to late yesterday they were making inquires into the man’s identity. The body has been taken to the mortuary of the San Fernando Gen-eral Hospital.
