THE EDITOR: I sincerely believe that the "bombing practice" which is taking place in Port-of-Spain is really being planned for the Pt Lisas Estate. I wish to high heavens that Pt Lisas is not the target of these terrorists. However, my concern is for the people who live within a three mile radius of Pt Lisas estate. If they do not know of their evacuation measures and safety procedures relative to the starting of vehicles and the switching on or off of electrical supplies, trouble take us all.
