Highway Patrol operating under houses
THE EDITOR: Is there such a thing as Highway Patrol? Every morning I leave San Fernando to greet the obscene amount of traffic on the highway with maybe one mobile police constable on a motorbike. Funny though, I see Highway Patrol cars patrolling everywhere but the highway, parked under houses in San Fernando and Union Hall in the afternoon. No wonder there is so much traffic and traffic violations on the highway! S REES San Fernando
