TT Chamber holds post-Budget meeting
THE Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce will hold a post-Budget discussion entitled "Impact on the Private Sector," at its Columbus Circle offices at Westmoorings from 7.30 to 10 am on Thursday. Prime Minister and Finance Minister Patrick Manning will present the Budget in the House of Representatives tomorrow at 2 pm. The discussion will be guided by a panel of experts that includes Minister in the Ministry of Finance Conrad Enill and economists William Lucie-Smith (fiscal measures and Government spending), Gregory McGuire (UWI, energy), Nicole Lawrence-Richards (Ernst and Young, taxation) and Dr Ronald Ramkissoon (Republic Bank, economics and trade).
