Runaround for NIS pay record card

THE EDITOR: Can anyone inform me why a public servant, with over 35 years service, who does not pay herself/himself, and has her/his pay record card checked by an internal auditor, among others, has to runaround to the various ministries to obtain pay record cards as proof that NIS was paid? Was this decision taken by a retiree on contract or an educated animal? Come on NIS, this decision needs to be revisited now, not in the year 2020.
