TTEC TO THE RESCUE
THE EDITOR: We write to publicly acknowledge the professional service rendered to our family on Wednesday by the four member crew of TTEC Truck E 03 under Mr Steven Checkley. As a result of the heavy wind and rain on Wednesday, we came home to a serious electrical problem. The entire ground floor of the house had extreme low voltage while the first floor had extremely high voltage. We switched off the breakers. Our initial call to TTEC trouble line was 6.30 pm. By 9.30 pm the crew had arrived, changed the wires and insulation of our main line, and restored electrical supply to our home. Mr Checkley also took a report of overhanging trees on the light pole. (We have made four calls this month requesting that the trees be cut). To the gentlemen of the TTEC Truck E03 and Dane the operator, our heartfelt thanks.
