Koury murder inquiry adjourned

The preliminary inquiry into the murder of Dr Eddie Koury was yesterday adjourned again, after an attorney representing one of the four accused men requested the disclosure of several documents pertaining to her client.

Attorney Pamela Elder SC, who represents accused Kaleb Neville Donaldson of Rockley Vale, Tobago, asked that the prosecution make available to her, all statements taken from her client along with station diary extracts and the names of all police officers who would have questioned her client with respect to the matter before the court.

Donaldson is jointly charged with Sean James, 21, of Kelly Street, Tunapuna, and Jerome Murray, 22, of Mason Hall, Tobago, with the murder of Koury in Macoya on September 23.

The matter was adjourned to October 27.
