St James limer gunned down

A 25-year-old man who was shot twice while liming with friends at Upper Bournes Road, St James on Friday night succumbed to his injuries early yesterday. At around 8 pm on Friday, Ricky Edwards was liming with friends a short distance from his home when he was confronted by a man who shot him in the chest and arm. He was rushed to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he was treated. He succumbed to the gunshot injuries around 5 am yesterday. Edwards’ murder is the 317th for the year so far.
