Clipping motorists’ wings
THE EDITOR: More police motorcycle patrols and licensing officers are needed to bring back sanity on our roads, especially the highways. We have not increased manpower to meet that demand. Many of us who still remember police motorcycle patrolman, Ivan Cummings "Spy Smasher" with his favourite words to motorists: "Yuh putting you head in and out like are doctor bird, bet ah clip yuh wings."
