Praise to the Mercy March

THE EDITOR: Please permit me to say a few words regarding the "Resurrection, Restoration, Revival, Mercy March."

Thank God for this courageous Mother who was moved by inspiration.

Our nation was called to pray at Woodford Square on October 29 2005 and then journey throughout some streets in Port-of-Spain with prayers and supplications to Almighty God.

Just the night before there was an earthquake and the rains came with the cleansing and the "Resurrection, Restoration, Revival, Mercy March" was on its way, led by our beloved Mother, Archbishop Monica Randoo and the faithfuls of every creed and race.

Indeed it was moving, uplifting with high levels of spirituality, it was felt by the faithful, the unity and love as we walked, prayed and sang praises unto God Almighty. We felt the pains of our fallen brothers and sisters and our nation’s cry to stop the heartless crimes.

It will take each heart and sincere prayers, with unity, to turn away from our wicked ways for God to heal our land.

We must go back to caring and being our brother’s keeper and loving our neighbours.

Peace and blessings to all who came and made joyful praises unto the Lord above.

God bless you Mother Dear, in all your endeavours and may Almighty God heal our nation.
