Playing the waiting game
THE EDITOR: I have waited several days for a public call for the conferring of the nation’s highest award to Austin Jack Warner. I now want sincerely to make that call and hope that it receives an outpouring of public support. This letter in itself demonstrates the value of sports to national unity, as the sporting fraternity will recognise.
