Young t-tennis teams in Puerto Rico

The competition started yesterday and ends on Monday in Utuado, Puerto Rico.

The budding stars were outfitted by Sportline at the company’s head office on Henry Street, Port- of-Spain.

Sportline representative Dana De Gannes handed over the uniforms for the championship to team manager Bob Roopnarine.

Trinidad and Tobago will contest three divisions at the tournament — Under-10, Under-13 and Under-15 for both boys and girls. The players were selected based on their performances during the year’s competitions.

Apart from Roopnarine, the team will be accompanied by coach Dexter Abbott and new Super Singles queen Aleena Edwards, who will also be an assistant coach in the team.
