Carnival vulgarity not good for children
THE EDITOR: Is Carnival really the greatest show on earth? No wonder why schoolchildren behave so disorderly and disrespectfully in some schools and other places. If the respective minister and others in high office like it so, then what do you expect citizens, not the children to follow suit? Why is it that long time ago, schoolchildren never behaved so thoughtlessly and injudiciously? They were properly well trained then and disciplined by parents and even teachers. Nowadays, modern times, is just the opposite in some cases. Citizens, am I to believe that some in authority are still living in a cave with their backs to the light? SOOKDAR DENNY HENDERSON Cedros
