New name for TTPost
THE EDITOR: Kindly permit me space in your newspaper to express my constant frustration with TTPost. Firstly, have you ever tried calling their so-called customer service line? Well, let me just inform the public about my recurring problems with these people over the past three years, being employed at one of the franchises.
One should try calling to track a mail or simply just for information about products and services. You have to put up with the customer service rep on the line being very rude, hanging up the phone, speaking above the customers’ voice, and their ever popular “back answering” the customer and telling them that “you have an attitude problem, Miss.” If the customer does have an attitude she/he had to have been provoked from the person on the other line who knows absolutely nothing about customer service. I have made my very own meaning for what our very professional postal service stands for:
T — To be rude to customers always
T — To have behaviour like animals (untrained)
P — Put their needs above the customers
O — Overall lazy, don’t care attitude
S — Supposed to be a service provided/also senseless
T — Top of the most unreliable company list in Trinidad and Tobago.
