Home sweet home
THE EDITOR: I wish to take this opportunity to publicly thank Mr Brian Charles Lara for his splendid and kind gesture towards my two guests from England who came across from Tobago with the sole purpose of seeing the great man’s mansion. They were however in for a big surprise as Brian was home and on his balcony making a call on his mobile. They, however were quite contented to just wave to him from behind his closed gates. But Lara, being the true ambassador that he is would have none of that. He called out to me to bring them inside where he had a 15 minute chat with them and a photo session. I cannot express how surprised and pleased they were by Mr Lara’s gesture. They told me after that their meeting with Brian had made their trip. Thanks once again, Brian, and keep on batting.
