WASA dams full

In a release, WASA said dry season has not affected its reserves at the Caroni and Navet dams. WASA reported the recent water shortage was due to technical problems at the desalination plant in Pt Lisas, and not a depletion of its water supply.

“Earlier in the year we had a fairly good level of rainfall and in March, the driest month of the year, we maintained a normal level of service,” said WASA.
