Coaching staff without experience

How can a well paid staff without any test experience successfully coach a test team at international level? Mr Gus Logie, a successful coach at junior, senior and test level was discarded for an Australian coaching team with a dismal record. Mr Logie also had test experience. The recently successful senior team who played against England also had a West Indian coach who had test experience.

Why is there a lack of confidence in our West Indian cricketers? Dr Webster also mentioned that there are no West Indians among the Australian coaching staff. What will be the effect of a transfer of learning during the time that the Australians are with us? What will the region have benefited?
