Deterring potential delinquents

Numerous individuals from all dimensions of life are always expressing their views on achieving change. In initiating plans for success, special attention must be placed in the areas to deter these potential delinquents. Contributions to the eradication of violence should not always be placed in the decision makers hands alone.

Active involvement by persons who are likely to be future perpetrators must be paramount at all times. Positive role models, organisations, clubs, military related groups, participation should never be discounted.

Revamping of major systems can be beneficial to achieve change. Some are: The Cadets Force of TT, Police service, parental support groups, priest and pastors, youth groups and recreational facilities.

These are only a few named. This matter should be treated with urgency at all times.
