Bandits stab, rob man

Ravi Ramdeen, 20, of Dow Village, South Oropouche reported to police that after he was stabbed in his left leg and robbed, his attackers casually walked off. Ramdeen reported that about 9.30 pm, he was walking up High Street seeking transportation when he was approached by two men in the vicinity of Scotiabank. Ramdeen said the men attacked him with a knife and stabbed him in his leg.

The armed bandits then searched his pockets taking his $200 cell phone and $50 cash. Ramdeen went to the San Fernando Police Station and reported the matter. He was taken for treatment at the San Fernando General Hospital.
