San Juan Jabloteh dominate TT Youth Cup
First, the Jabloteh girls shut out Waterloo Starlets 3-0 at the Larry Gomes Stadium, Arima.
And in the Under-13 boys final, Jabloteh slammed First Santa Rosa 5-0 to make it two-up.
Their third title came in the Boys Under-15 category when they drubbed Arima Ball Masters 8-0. But the fourth title, the Boys Under-17, did not come easy as Joe Public led Jabloteh 1-0 until 10 minutes to the end of regulation when they got the equaliser.
The result was decided by penalty kicks and Jabloteh went on to win 4-2.
This year’s tournament was jointly sponsored by the Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago, Petrotrin, TSTT’s bmobile and Malta Carib.
