Visa charges should be refunded

My aunt just spent $1200 trying to get one for her daughter and herself. She works in the hospital and has her own house. They said she needs more ties to the country. Ridiculous, because the number of bandits from Trinidad I see in the US and what ties did they have? In the US if you pay for something and you don’t get it they will give you your money back. It is so hard to get that type of money and to just throw it away is very hard.
