Intersection lawlessness

But what then ? In most countries, this means that you do not enter the intersection unless your way out is clear. In most developed countries stopping in the painted grid means an automatic ticket. In Trinidad however it seems to be a challenge to drivers to see how many cars, pointed in all directions can we get in this grid thus totally gridlocking the intersection.

Do the authorities expect that a few gallons of paint will magically transform an indiciplined population into a disciplined one ? Or do they have plans to actually enforce some of the traffic laws.

We once again await with our hopes high.
