Big, bad bullies

They get so arrogant believing that the people cannot do anything other than block roads and burn tyres, and just before the five-year term is up, they make everybody happy like pappy, going around shaking everybody’s hands, hugging old people, kissing babies, adding a little money to old age pension, removing VAT from curry, rice and coffee.

After looking up the word referendum in my dictionary, seeing that it is the hot topic nowadays, and reading what is done in other countries with respect to removing arrogant government officials, who after being elected to office seem to get the notion that the citizens have become their slaves and the country’s wealth to do as they please, it would seem to me that the Keith Noel Referendum is the only way to deal with situations like we now face with this present government that is riding roughshod over the citizens.

Because a referendum is a vote on an important political question open to all electors of a state, we do not have to break the law by blocking roads and burning tyres and inconveniencing our own people. We can vote in a referendum and get greater results.
