Thanks to Mr Brian Niles, surgeon, and other medical staff of the Tobago Regional Hospital and the St Clair Medical Centre for facilitating my admission to the programme.

Because of the assurances and encouragement given to me that the procedure was necessary, I was able to overcome my fears. To date, I feel great and relieved that the problem no longer exists.

Special thanks to the Ministry of Health staff who contacted my family to monitor my progress after surgery.
